OUR STEVEDORE
The Oshawa Harbour Commission has an exclusive operating agreement with Oshawa Stevedoring Inc., a division of Quebec Stevedoring Company Ltd.
Quebec Stevedoring Company Ltd., established in 1978, and its affiliated company, Quebec Port Terminals Inc., established in 1984, have evolved over the years and today offer stevedoring services in 18 of the most important ports on the Canadian East Coast, the St. Lawrence River and the Great Lakes.
Each year, over 600 vessels transit within this 1800 km network with six million tons of general cargo and bulk goods being handled by their highly-qualified personnel using the most up-to-date equipment and technology available. Their modern facilities, ample interior and exterior storage space and excellent land/water transportation links, all add up to the most professional services available in North America.
